At the end of the day it really doesn't matter. I've been heavily into gaming since the days of the snes and master system and have owned every major machine and some that are less so like the 3do and Neo Geo AES. Whatever these sales figures are it should never diminish the enjoyment you get from playing games... why else would you play games? It should be about enjoyment and not rabid fanboy wars that people discuss. I blame the internet where maybe now one in three gamers is a 'journalist'...
